Google Desktop Sidebar with Quick Find

Not as pretty as the Konfabulator Widget but as useful, the Google Desktop 2.0 Sidebar has a Quick Find option that will also find applications and run them by typing part of the name, actually searching as you type.

If you have Google Desktop 2.0 it might not be worth installing Konfabulator. If you don't like Google Desktop because of the amount of resources it consumes, then the Konfabulator Widget mentioned before might be a better alternative.

Nevertheless, I believe Google Desktop is well worth installing it.
